I have reached another milestone, a BIG one! I went to the County building inspector with blueprints and received a BONA-FIED Building Permit! I am actually my own General Contractor, and it feels GOOD! I studied the Building codes, obtained a NC Codebook, (I highly recommend this to anyone getting your local codebook) The process took a few hours, and now I only jhave to work alot of overtime to purchase the Cement and Block for my Foundation, 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
